Question before purchase

I am not sure if this is possible but I thought I would ask before we purchase your product.
Would it be possible to add token in the program that comes from another database?
By this I mean using the id created in the mail database for a specific user to connect to the same id in a different database then add a link from this other database to the email?
What we are trying to do is send a personalised email to a customer with a link to their page on the site.
Hope this makes sense.
